We accept cash and major credit cards. We also accept auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury cases that have resulted in neck pain,
back pain, headaches or other pain related conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for other patients please give at least
24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Patients who do not adhere to the cancellation policy
will be charged the full cost of an office visit.
